I have some problems with non english characters, if I run uzbl-browser not from terminal but from gmrun or via openbox keybindings. In the last two cases I can not enter non english characters. English is my default layout. If I switch to another layout I have (german, russian, greek), the keypresses are simly ignored, they are even not shown in the command line. However, if I start uzbl-browser from terminal (roxterm) everything works fine. Any ideas?

This is a problem with your systems encoding.

What system are you on?

What output does `env | grep LC_` give you?

I do not experience this problem anymore with new build of uzbl.
