Really great work! Anyway, why are you building from scratch, mimicking vims behaviour? Why you can't fork Gvim and allow for opening windows (buffers? tabs?) with webkit view, I can imagine this would really solve many documentation, api reference browsing headaches

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  What Bobpaul said. Uzbl has almost nothing to do with gvim.

Only the sample config defines vim style bindings. Others might have things setup much differently. I have a feeling uzbl is too generic for gvim. Additionally, gvim probably has a lot of stuff that is unnecessary for uzbl and would never get used. I'm not well informed, but is my suspicion.
