I think it would be nice to have a whitelist/blacklist feature for script allowance. This way one could allow/diallow certain domains to run scripts, e.g. block all domains and only allow the ones you need(whitelist) or allow all but block certain unwanted sites.

The per-site-settings script can be used to disable and enable javascript by matching hosts and paths. It is included in the latest release. Does this work for you?
