It would be nice to have a way to install bundles of scripts, plugins, config snippets, whatever, similar to vimballs. uzbal-install seems like a good name. A pun on the mispronunciation "ooze ball" might also be good (ooze-ball-install).

uzbal-install --conf-dir foo --script-dir bar --plugin-dir baz --data-dir quux whatnot.obal
